    To stand in line and watch 6 employees emerge from the back room, walk the line, look at the line of ppl, not say one word and leave the front area with one employee who cleans the counter off and then washes her hands to then greet the line of ppl....all of which took several minutes.... the worst experience 😪. Not one person looked older than 20, not one person looked to be in charge, and not one person made anyone in the line feel good about being there. I don't usually write about my negative experiences because they generally are slight infractions but this makes me shake my head in disappointment that exceeds the norm. Shame on whoever is in charge of this establishment.
