- KRKimball RayMar 6, 20262.0I go to this location enough to see employees who start out happy then gradually get the life sucked out of them until they are empty shells and eventually quit. What are they doing to these people? Also the food is also not up to par with other locations.
- CSChristie ScoutFeb 27, 20261.0Went to grab dinner at this location, and I bit into raw chicken in my bowl 🤮. I went back and the employees were nice but management… not so much. The employee asked me if I wanted it remade, claiming that it “wasn’t raw” and I asked if I could have a refund instead . I didn’t want to eat there again after the first initial incident. The manager was visibly annoyed. She didn’t even look at me while giving me my refund, didn’t even apologize about the incident. What a horrible experience over all. It was definitely raw!

It was unclear if I needed to wait in line or go straight to the register. There were no signs indicating what to do. While in line no one asked to take my order or inquire about what I needed. I was ignored in line even after asking to pickup my order. I will say that I was politely assisted once I got to the register. The tables were not wiped down and the floor had old food on it. I will likely order from somewhere else next time.
