  They nearly quadrupled the price of a kids meal when talking to my 11 year old daughter after she asked what she could get for a side. They didnt explain well enough that it would go from $5.20 for the kids meal to $21.55 for what she wanted she is 11 and didn't understand but they didn't bother to tell me the parent. I was next to her but told them I have poor hearing so she would have to pick out her sides and to explain it to her. When I got to pay they just told me they said it would be extra and when I said you should explain it to the parent if it's going to nearly quadruple the price of a kids meal and they shrugged their shoulders and apologized with no offer to help. Poor poor service.

  Only one worker working the line during dinner rush. Increase your labor hours. This happens every time I visit this location.

  Had a really disheartening experience here and I can see that it is consistent based on this location’s 3.5 average. I’ve tried giving important feedback to chipotle before and it has gone unheard so this will be my last attempt. My goal is to share feedback so that things can get better and I hope an owner or manager out there reads this and takes the opportunity to learn and grow and hear out their customers. I’m going to give some quick bullet points on my experience. -Waited 7-10ish minutes behind 2 people who each ordered one bowl. Wasn’t greeted. -One worker wearing airpods on the front line -One worker making faces, having an attitude about having to serve customers, and slamming around food/serving spoons when assembling to-go orders. -They were out of queso, I watched one of the workers go “Well, we are just going to be out of it for the night then” I know that when they run out of a topping on the front, they can go back and prep more. So him saying this was him expressing that they did not want go prep more queso, and that the solution was to be out for the evening instead. (this was an hour and a half before close) -They didn’t apologize for being out of things, or for the wait, or try to show any customer service or hospitality at all.

  I love chipotle and used to go 3x a week but this visit was truly such a let down. I never had a more rude employee serve me anywhere. I waited about 10 minutes before being helped (i was the only one in line) which wasn’t an issue. When the worker with the cheek piercing came up she and said they were out of steak and beans (what i usually get) but again no issue ill just tried something else. The worker gave me barely any protein and it was so sad i asked for a double and she had such a gross attitude about it she gave me like 4extra pieces of meat. Not only that but she wouldn’t even let me say what i wanted she just kept cutting me off saying “anything else, anything else” and kept rolling her eyes. She was slamming the spoons down and I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to eat my chipotle anymore. Very upset i paid 40$ for the tiniest bowl and such uncomfortable, terrible service. I will not be returning and going to cava instead.

  Ordered a kids meal and they forgot the steak, all I got was undercooked white rice. Ordered Chips and Queso and the chips were stale.
