  Horrible service. Made us leave the line twice because they were out of one ingredient then helped others (who just came in) before us when it was back in stock. Waited an hour to see if they would serve us. Left without any food at all.

  Went to pick up an online order for a family member and it was not ready. Waited a bit to see if they were running behind and nothing. When an employee asked for the order name they said they made it 20 minutes ago and that someone must have taken the order. When they remade the order, it wasn't per the order. We didn't find out until we got home. It is really not good practice to just place online orders on a shelf for anyone to take them. Someone should be checking for the actual person or delivery person the order is for is the individual picking up the order.

  My fiancée and I came in today and got late lunch around 3:30pm. The two ladies that were working the front were so nice and were very friendly and funny. I would definitely come back here even though we have a closer one to us!

  Placed an order online. I needed to pick up at a certain time because I had to pick up my kids across town. My chipotle app said my order was ready. When I got there order was not on the shelf. I asked staff about my order and they said they are waiting for the steak to cook. It could take 15 mins. I am not sure why they would mark it as complete if it was not ready unless they are trying to get their wait times down for corporate. Another three people came in waiting for their orders after. Since I could not wait I wanted to switch out proteins. I looked and all the protein was wiped clean. All they had left was carnitas. I changed out the protein and received my order. I got in my car and looks like I paid $3 more for guacamole and they forgot to add it. I understand rushes and running out of one thing but when you run out of almost all proteins, try to cheat the system telling people their food is ready when not and making people wait without offering apologies or drinks while they wait is bad management. Hope they get it together soon.
