  The cheese steaks here are good. It's not fast food though because they cook it to order so there will be a wait for your food. Regular size cheesesteak is $9.99 add a side of Fry's for $2.99 and that's all the fries that you get, Even after asking if that was the right amount I was told that's the measurement. You're also going to have to repeat yourself numerous times because they don't speak English and they don't understand what you're saying I had to repeat myself multiple times I've been going to Charlie's since they were a standalone store at the plaza on Stapley in the freeway and it was amazing then when this place first opened the portion sizes were larger there was more meat on the sandwich and now there's hardly any meat and barely any fries and the bread's kind of dry. At the time I was at the store there was a bunch of corporate people there having a meeting right inside the doorway Hopefully they're talking about all the horrible reviews they get and figuring out what they need to do to fix it. Like adjusting the portion size making sure things are fresh making sure the orders are correct training your employees crazy stuff like that and apparently for $3 you get 17 french fries which isn't even actually an entire potato. Disappointing🤦🏼‍♀️

  It's ok gave my grandson a hard time when asked to use bathroom if he wasn't a customer I think that's stupid if it's a kid Let them USE THE DAM BATHROOM not going to kill them if a 9yr old needs it customer or not

  Got the teriyaki cheese steak. It didn't taste very good at all. Very greasy and I got like, a quarter of a slice of tomato. The pickle tasted almost like a cucumber, but without the fresh taste. The water they use for the drinks is HORRENDOUS. The "tap water" taste is very noticeable and makes their fountain drinks taste terrible. The fries were very good however. The place is also very clean.
