  Service was slow, waitress disappeared for 10-15 mins after asking her for condiments. Third time we’ve had poor service here.

  Boneless overcooked and dry, they barely have any sauce 😒 , so disappointed to get home and see this . So hard and dry .

  Went in to BWW for my daughter's birthday. Got there at 5 pm, seated at 5pm, waited 15 munures for our server. Waited till 5:45 pm to even get our food. When food arrived it was cold. Chicken was cold, fries were cold. Ridiculous. If my sil didn't have to be to work we could have had it remade but time constraints prevented a redo. And how thoughtful the manager was for discounting $6.50 off a $100.00 bill for the inconvenience. Smh. Place wasn't busy so that's not the cause of poor food quality. This is the second time we have been disappointed with this location. Pretty crappy odds considering we have only gone in twice. Won't happen again. Shame on you Mesa BWW! Do better!

  Matt was a very kind, efficient, and considerate server. He went out of his way to ensure that I had an allergen free experience, from the ordering process, to the serving of my "special allergy order" food, as it was presented to me. He will be receiving an extra tip from me for his special care. It is rare to find restaurant servers who seem to genuinely care about my allergies. Props to Matt! The food was served quickly, and was very fresh, hot, and tasty. One of the best buffalo wild wings experiences I've had in a while.
