  Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife last night and we were so disappointed. I ordered 15 wings, all on the hot side with 5 of those Blazin. My wife ordered wings too, all on the very mild side. We were really surprised when our server brought all of our wings jam packed together onto one tray. There was no indication of which wings were which. We had to figure that out for ourselves and pass wings back and forth at our table. In this unnecessary confusion, my poor wife ate a Blazin wing, which considering how hot they are and how adverse she is to food that spicy, it was very frustrating. Many of her wings had some of my spicier sauce on them, so even after recovering from the Blazin wing, the rest of her dining experience was compromised. Also, the restroom was in need of a good clean. I don't write Google reviews like ever. Maybe once every 5 years. But after I wake up and the first thing my wife tells me this morning is how much intestinal discomfort she had trying to sleep last night, I have to say something. I have always loved BWW since I was a kid, but it might be a long while before I go back. Definitely the case with this location.

  I don't normally do bad reviews, especially at busy restaurants. I get there is a crowd and things get lost, but I just had a bad experience today. First of all, the whole reason I came to eat here was because it is the only restaurant in the area that I can usually count on to show the game I wanted to see. They had it on 2 of the small TVs in the bar and I couldn't seat my family there. Near my table there were 2 adjacent tvs playing Sunday ticket highlights. I asked the hostess once and our server twice if one could be changed to the game I wanted to see. They said yes and never did. Then there were service issues too. Not only for me but every table in our sections. Our server Matt was very forgetful of every table around us and I'm pretty sure all he said to anyone the whole time I was here was an apology. He didn't put my wife's drink order in and we waited over 20 minutes before anyone came by the table again. We brought it up that our drink hadn't come and the waitress had said nobody ever put in the order. Our food was slow to the table and cool by the time we got it. The gentleman at the table next to me sat the same time we did and Matt didn't come back to get his food order until we were almost done eating. In all this time I never saw a single second of the game I came to watch because it was on the literal farthest and smallest TV from me. I could get mediocre food and not see my game anywhere. Didn't tip Matt and probably won't be back.

  Very poor service! Tables were not clean food on the floor service is very poor the food was disgusting I and friends and family will not return i promise

  Took a long time for the table to be cleaned and seated. It Took an half hour to get our drink order. Then when the waiter walked up to take our drink order he forgot his order pad. I noticed that most of the staff seemed like that they were all on something. They all kept going to the padio.the waiter forgot my two year olds apple juice and food, forgot our sides, and when we did get our food it was all cold and they did not know who's food was who's.not asked for refills when we needed them. My two year old ate last. When my friend went to the restroom waiter came back and asked if we were going to pay for our food even though he did not give us the bill yet, he looked confused and he said that he swore that he gave us the bill, then he went to get us the bill and he said that If there is anything wrong with the bill he said to let him know, we were over charged 5 dollars on each meal, we asked him to fix it and he said that he will take off five dollars even though we needed 10 dollars taked off. Fixed bill we left no tip and we will never return to that place. Worst experience 1 star.
