We used the recommended website to order food for Christmas lunch. We picked a 12:00pm pick up for December 25th. I arrived at 12:00pm to pick up the take out order and it wasn't ready. I finally got my noon pick up order at 2:20pm. The lobby was full of people waiting for the orders, all of whom waited for ever 2 hours after the scheduled pick up times.
What I find as ironic, people showed up after I arrived to eat in the dining room and were able to get their meals pay and leave quicker than the pick up order I was waiting for. The irony is that I had paid two weeks in advance and people could walk in and get served before I got my order. Also the payment included a tip for the staff.
One of the patrons waiting to pickup their order tried to cancel it after waiting an hour and a half and were told no.
To me management should be catering to the people who already paid for their orders first. Management owes all of the patrons who waited for their orders an apology and not just the 25% discount on your next visit gift card. The gift card had to be used within 1 month.

The BEST place to celebrate a special occasion, a date night, or just fun with friends. The Ambience gets an A+, and is worth the visit alone. It's warm and inviting, and the myriad of hilarious, sometimes touching, always campy & kitschy framed art will keep you entertained for hours.
We celebrated a special birthday today and Jarrett was our server - he was great! Lots of attention to detail and wanted to make sure we got the best options with the most value. I'd recommend him to anyone!
The food is delicious, the family-style portions are HUGE and could feed a small army. The GIANT Brownie Sundae🍨 is a triumphant finish for any celebration and my kids absolutely love it. If you haven't been here, or it's been a while, you gotta go!

Super disappointing. I took my son last night for his birthday. There was only about 3 people in the restaurant, it took about 15 mins before they came to our table for a drink order, at the time I did mention my son’s birthday- no response from the server at all. I wasn’t sure expecting any birthday freebie but common courtesy would have been nice.
Our order was taken immediately because we had already been sitting for about 15 minutes. Our drinks came out with the appetizer. Bread was brought out with the entree as a last minute thought. Calamari and chicken parm were super overcooked.
I really try to not leave such a negative review but the bill was almost $100 for an entree and appetizer. Terrible service and bad food. Lesson learned, skip bucca di beppo. There’s a million other dinner options in the area with better service and food.

Went to Buca on Christmas. Definitely expected a wait, seeing as how it’s one of the few places open. What I wasn’t expecting was a full grown woman throwing a tantrum like a child. She yelled, YES, YELLED at everyone even the manager. I don’t know why the people who were with her would allow that. SHAME ON YOU. On Christmas she didn’t get what she wanted when she wanted so she yelled at a bunch of employees who I’m sure would rather be with their family instead of being yelled at by an ungrateful woman. SHAME ON YOU.
If that wasn’t bad enough I’m pretty sure I recognize her in the awful reviews that by the way, she forgot to mention that she yelled at everyone after not getting her way.
SHAME ON YOU ELIZABETH.
I am not even exaggerating when I say that the whole room cheered as this woman left.
Thank you Buca for being open. Thank you to all the staff for working.
My family is grateful that we were able spend time together and have a huge filling meal at your restaurant, I didn’t mind the wait, it’s not like we were rushing to get anywhere else on Christmas Day.
Thank You

Been coming here for years! Like maybe 10 years and have always had Christmas with the family here. We always make reservations and enjoy this restaurant year round. However the last year things have turn around. Yesterday was the topping of the cake. We had to wait 15 mins pass reservations time..no biggie and they said the kitchen was behind. Which is to be expected on Christmas. However a 2 hour wait time to get our food was too much. My son and I had to leave to get him to the airport and missed Christmas dinner with the family. We have never had to wait 2 hours for food. Usually we are there for about 2 and half for the gathering. There was no discount or a notice that it would take that long. We only got one serving of bread and the apps took 90 mins to come. Our party had 13 people and it was awful. Very disappointed and I dont think we will continue the tradition of coming here for Christmas and maybe other celebration.
