Everytime I go my order is incorrect and I have to call and ask for the missing or correct items I ordered. Half pound sandwich isn't a half pound so don't pay extra. They seem to only care for making their numbers and not providing good service. Drive thru is a 15min wait and they park everyone even if there's nobody in line.

- MPMichelle PerezNov 9, 20251.0Visited Arby's on 11/3 and the CS was a SMH factor. Food was cold. Burger patty must have been sitting there for a while then reheated. Fries were minimal and hard. Beef and cheddar had maybe a squirt of cheese and hardly any roast beef. $20 of waste. I asked for sauces and literally got 1 of each. The worker said pull up and yet he went to the front and gave me this "are you stupid look". Then to top it off he couldn't walk 6 ft to bring me my food seeing there were 2 other cars taking up the space. He waited for me to literally pull up to him. Will not be giving this place my business again.
