  I don't think I've ever gotten through a drive-thru at dunkin' donuts so fast. Literally 2 minutes if that. My coffee was ready when I pulled up my donuts were packed. Napkins were good to go. But the cashier she was amazing. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Thank you for the great experience. The only thing that was negative was the donuts. Don't taste fresh.

  I normally avoid this location bc of the ridiculous rudeness of one of the staff. A middle-aged, raspy-voiced woman w long brown hair. She makes every experience there truly miserable. If you look through my reviews, I *never* negatively review fast food places bc its just fast food, nothings that serious and service workers deserve better. But w this weirdly toxic person, I just cant anymore. Her whole tone is condescending and contemptuous. She literally mimics my voice when I order (?) like a kid might. If you dare ask a question, she's so rude and acts thoroughly put out w your stupidity. Then, if she suspects you're annoyed, she starts calling you "hun." It doesn't seem as though she treats her co-workers much better as she just barks at them - "Out the window!" the second they're handed the drinks. Even tho this Dunkin is closer, I started going to Starbucks years ago instead, literally bc of her. I return once in a while to see if anything's changed and no it hasn't. She's there, and as toxic and awful as ever. Whoever the manager is, she's got you fooled. She sucks. I *guarantee* she is hurting your business. Please get rid of her, or demand she seek therapy. Bc currently, she is using this job as an outlet for her personal misery. *edit: after reading through some other reviews, it appears she might be the gen mgr which explains why she still has her job. To her employees, who are often young people: There's a ton of turn around there. I've seen her abuse you. There's something legit wrong w her. You're guaranteed a better boss elsewhere. Good luck! And to miss misery herself, when you read this: get help. Soon.

  If you've ever been to a Dunkin Donuts you already know how the donuts and coffee taste. But what sets this store apart is their staff. I come here about once a week as a treat for my boys on the way to school (and every now and then I treat myself, as well). Been doing this for at least 4 years and, aside from one incident about a year ago, the staff has always been as sweet as their donuts. There's even one lady that calls me "hun" and it always brightens my day. What they DON'T do (which I'm grateful for) is try to strike up a conversation with every customer. They get you in and out quickly, but they never seem to let the crazy morning rush dim their light. 🫶

  The general manager here is very rude and can’t own up to her own mistake instead stares at you cause she messed up then when has to fix her own mistake goes back to the team and talks about the customer it’s improper And unprofessional sucks that Dunkin pays people but they can’t even be near nice
