  I didnt like the lady's customer skills. She lacked everything. She was on the phone the entire time too. Her ear pods or whatever.

  Cannot for the life of me get this location to make coffee in the drive thru the way we ask for it!! They keep trying to put whip in my cold brew, asked for cold brew mocha swirl with cold foam, got it black with nothing before, asked for cold foam did not get anything, they keep trying to call cold foam whip....but heavy whipped cream does not go on cold brew

  Team lead Liz bath or whatever her name is is the most rudest person I've ever encountered not only does she lack extremely low people skills but also lacks work ethics and human ethics. I thought Duncan would know better and would have better people processes overall than this.
