    Drove thru to try the "refresher" drink selection. Service with a smile, and drink was good enough to get the job done!

    I just went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Wow three employees messed around in the lobby. They were joking around and laughing and goofing off. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said hello. So I walked out. I will not be back. have fun playing around.

    I really love those location. I go thro the drive thru at least every other day.Most of the staff knows me by my order which I love. I did have a recent experience that just rubbed me the wrong way. I know how much my drink cost one day I ordered my drink pulled up and was charged more. I asked why and the lady said there was no button for what I ordered ( it's on their menu board) I asked for her to ask someone. What later was revealed was the manager ( Sam ) who told me abruptly that there is no button for that drink. I said I beg to differ as I have been ordering it often this month. She shrugged me off and walked away. The very next day I went ordered my drink and was charged the regular price. The lady at the window ( Jocelyn) was super sweet and confused why I was charged more. She requested the manager to come up to window ( same lady ) Jocelyn showed her where the button was ( employee showing a manager how to do her job ) My next visit Sam admitted to her mistake but still not happy with her. I really want to acknowledge Jocelyn as a great and personable person. She goes beyond her job. She always greets me with a smile and when she hands me my drink she always says good bye/ have a nice day / or this is made with love. No attitude no negativity I understand staff comes and goes and I've had dealt with several newbies that don't know what they are doing and they really need to train their managers better and give staff knowledge on their system

    I usually order the same thing every single time I come in, very simple food items and a drink. I'm not sure if they can hear me whenever I order, but today I used my app points and paid in cash. They took my $2, didn't even get my wrap, and handed me my hash browns and drink. Thankfully, I didn't end up paying for the missing wrap, but I'm just disappointed and will be going to a different location from now on :( I only have positive interactions with a few people at this location. Everybody else ignores you here and doesn't listen to your concerns or ever listen to what you're ordering...

    Normally I don’t have issues with the this location, however today was just weird. I pulled up and said I needed a minute. Then as I started to say ONE WORD I was cut off and asked “Oh are you ready to order now?” In a super annoyed tone. I got 2 coffees and asked for 12 donuts and was told they were out of some. I asked which they were out of or which they had left. The response I was given was “I have a poster of all our donuts you just have to ask and I’ll tell you.” So I proceeded to waste time going through almost every donut only to be told they were out or only had 2/3 left…. Pretty sure she could’ve just told me what the were out of so I could have just told her based on what they had. Won’t be returning. Will be calling corporate as well. That was absurd. Krispy Kreme it is.
