  I usually come to this location about 3-4 times a month. While it's only happened a few times, I've tried to call the store to inform them, someone forgets to add flavoring requested in the coffee. When you're going through the drive thru, I'm not necessarily drinking my coffee right away. You can tell as it has absolutely no tastes. So can't exactly request to have it added. Staff just needs to do a better job and double checking when making orders.

  Went there this morning to get a small amount of Bagels ordered (15 to be exact). Employees were rude and made our experience very unpleasant. Was planning to start ordering once a month here for our meetings but will definitely be doing business with a company that has better customer service than here. Hopefully the owner of this franchise is reading this and will make some changes with their employees. Base on other reviews I saw, we are not the first to experience this.

  I had been going to another Dunkin’ location prior to this one opening - one that was very inconsistent. Orders were often inaccurate or poorly made, and wait times were VERY long. Since this location launched, I have ordered coffee and breakfast items consistently and have not had any problems whatsoever. Breakfast items are tasty and toasty, drinks are well-balanced, and service is incredibly friendly. AND they have a drive-thru that moves quickly! So far, they’re batting 1000 here, and I will consider myself a loyal customer until that changes.

  Didn’t have a good variety of donuts. Apple fritters discontinued. Left without purchasing anything
