I got here every now and then and typically have a consistently good experience. I do not know if the most recent visit was a one off, or if management has changed. I picked up dinner for my son and I after a full day of work for me and a full day of respite for him. He's a big boy being closer to the height of a 13 yo instead of an 8 yo, and definitely eats like he's growing fast. He took on bite of his cheeseburger and immediately spit it out. The bun was hard and stale and the meat was well past done and almost as dry as jerky. He ended up throwing everything away and I made him Kraft Mac & Cheese. Rather expensive garbage. I ordered the chicken strip basket as it was the whole reason for going there. They're the only ones who serve gravy with it lol. Due to some health issues, I've had a very low appetite and will go days, sometimes weeks, without eating anything. So I was really looking forward to something that actually sounded good. Unfortunately, my meal didn't fair much better than my son's. The chicken strips were dry, stringy, and incredibly dark with black bits stuck to them 🤢 And despite looking overcooked, they weren't even hot! How do you manage to burn something while also keeping it room temp?! And I don't know if they're skipping cleaning the fryers or what, but something ain't right. To make it even worse, the gravy (the only reason for going there) was cooled. Not refrigerator cold either. At least then you can hope it was held at a low enough temperature to prevent bacteria. Oh no, it was like it had simply been sitting out on the counter, forgotten, not hot and not cold. Just the right temperature for all those nasty little bacteria to thrive. It was appalling, and absolutely not safe for consumption. And before you think I waited until I got home, I don't have patience for that nonsense. I opened it before we were completely out of the drive thru. I highly recommend going anywhere else. They're basically overcharging customers just to gamble with giving them food poisoning. I suppose they do have a suitable location next to a hospital.
***Edited to Add:*** I have already used that useless link to submit a complaint about the most recent unpleasant experience. No one even bothered sending an email pretending to look into it 🙄 It's quite clear that this location couldn't care less about their customers once they have your money. The owner should have already been notified of these concerns, they just chose to ignore them. Definitely explains why I've never seen this place be particularly busy.

Zero Stars would be best rating. Tried drive up window for ice cream cone three times. Maybe 2/3rds of the ice cream the cone usually has in it for over 3.00. Been eating them for 60+ years never had skimpier amount of ice cream in a cone you can see the waffles in the edge with no attempt to put ice cream anywhere but the center of the cone. It has been the same drive up window worker with the skimpy filling of cones and all cars we see order cones get the same skimpy ice cream cone. Don’t use this drive up window she doesn’t care that the cone isn’t even close to filled! Shame on them for cheating the customers.
