  I ordered 2 bowls, a large bag of chips and a few salsa cups. I was charged for a large salsa WTH? Every employee looks like they hate there jobs, they look at you like why are you here, rushing you down the line. Bins of food empty, not getting a fair portion, filthy counter the plexiglass barrier was so dirty you couldn't see through it. Rude service always saying "is that it?" I like the food but the employees are awful and rude. In today's economy you should be happy people come here and treat them better, we have other choices Chipotle. Customer Service goes a long way!!!

  Imagine having one task making a burrito properly and you can even make a burrito properly. And the guac was almost brown and it looks like chicken grease on a vegetarian burrito.

  I do DoorDash & seen everyone busy I peeped at the name on the bag without touching anything a grizzly man came running at me (I’m assuming he’s a supervisor or manager) he says rudely (you need something because I don’t like people in my kitchen ) I apologized it was my first time picking up there He needs humbling & education on basic customer service skills that’s why your location has 3stars it’s a reflection of you sir

  If I could give them a zero for service... the girls who prepared our food were OK. Not overly friendly, getting their job done, which I appreciated. I got to the (young 20 something male) who paasses the food to the cashier and I asked how my bowl was being charged. I only get 3 items and depending on where I am in the country, they charge me differently. I couldn't hear the conversation between the person on the line and this young man because I am hearing impaired. I said, "I didn't hear what she said, how am I being charged?" I couldn't hear him, it was loud, dinner rush and did I mention, I'm hearing impaired. He responded in a disgusted snide tone, as if I was bothering him. "You're being charged a bowl!" I said, you can't speak to me that way, that was disrespectful. His response was "you need to leave!" And tried to grab my food. 86ing me because I couldn't hear and asked a question more than once, then demanded a bit of respect. So, I grabbed the bag and walked out with my 86 year old mother trailing behind me not knowing whats going on because she is hearing impaired as well. I will contact corporate and pay for my food. Chipotle, this kid thinks he's runnin the place. Not a good look for the brand.
