  This places is great and I have never had any issues. The food is consistent and the staff is often fun or at least easy to deal with. Today really sucked though when I went, this is the first time in years I’ve ever had an issue, this is the first... I came in after a hike and in great spirits with a smile until Delilah the cashier got upset with me to the point she gave me a disgusted look and rolled her eyes because I thought she gave me two soda cups instead of a water and soda cup. “Oh I only wanted one soda cup” is all i said I might have said please, but I wasn’t mean. well she hated that, she paused looking at me like I just said something rude, said “I did” rolled her eyes, threw the cup back into the other and never looked at me again. Truly sad she would have that kind of reaction to someone just trying to ask a clarification. I love this place, and I try to return that favor by always belling polite and respectful, no one deserves that. Hopefully she just had a bad day, and I won’t have to deal with this at my home chipotle. Every other person here has been a joy to deal with.

  Food was well prepared and delicious. Atmosphere was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

  Don't come here if you're vegetarian! They will 100 percent of the time cross contaminate meat products here! My most recent experience a blonde worker when I told her there was chicken meat that flew in the queso she picked it out and tried to serve me from the same queso sauce!! And no surprise tonight I went and sure enough ate a big piece of random meat in my sofitas! I just wasted money, I can't eat it now. Chipotle this was extremely disgusting and why offer vegetarian products if you don't actually care about cross contamination! Also super dangerous if you have allergies to poultry! Chipotle please do better! Us vegetarians deserve clean meat free food!

  The people there are so sweet! Today I had to wait for my queso and the guy gave me a free drink and then a girl with glasses gave me free chips because she felt bad and she remembered me! So sweet!

  My wife picked up an order that we were going to eat as a family after work with my two kids. There was zero salt on anything, the food and chips were terrible. When I called I had to go through several prompts to get to an actual person. Once I got someone on the phone they only asked for my receipt to refund the order. Chipotle used to be so awesome when it came to reliable food quality and customer service. It’s unfortunate that this company is scaling down on customer service, the quality is dropping and that stems from lack of on-site customer service.
