- KKKitty3 days ago2.0It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle! the place was a mess the food trays were all empty and then when I got my food it was cold. I had ordered chips and salsa to go and when I got home my chips were not even in the bag.

Why charge the extra money for the protein bowls if you don’t actually get double the protein. Wanted extra rice also and that seemed like it was just the regular. Maybe I’m crazy but it just seemed like a normal bowl that I’d get if I just went in and didn’t order online. Boo.

For the price, scraps for meat and they didn’t fill my quac all the way, for the $18 I spent I expect the whole cup to be full and not skimpy amount of meat scraps. Not even greeted just a generic what do you want? Wasn’t even a line at that point.
