- KKKim3 days ago5.0First time at this location. I did an online pickup order of 2 bowls and some sides. I believe this was the first time that my food was made EXACTLY as ordered. One of my bowls was for my daughter and I named her meal 'cat lady' and they wrote "cat lady" and gave us a little picture of a cat on her bowl. This totally made her day, it was one little extra thing to make us smile and it was very appreciated. Thank you, whoever did that. The food was ready when scheduled, hot and made correctly so I only have great things to say.

The employee asked me if I wanted it remade, claiming that it “wasn’t raw” and I asked if I could have a refund instead . I didn’t want to eat there again after the first initial incident. The manager was visibly annoyed. She didn’t even look at me while giving me my refund, didn’t even apologize about the incident. What a horrible experience over all. It was definitely raw!
