  Hello, I will preface by saying I eat here everyday and I hope my review spreads awareness to those necessary so I can continue to do so. 4/8/26 between 230-3 pm the cook on staff was handling a package of barbacoa and dropped it onto the front line floor. The only line person picked said package off the ground and put it on the cooks working area. Both employees proceeded like nothing happened and the manager on staff witnessed this all transpire and did nothing to correct the situation. The front line continued to handle food orders and cash customers without washing her hands or even changing her gloves that she picked the package off the dirty floor with. putting the customers at risk and contaminating everything she touched. The cook did not clean his area or dispose of the package once again putting the customers at risk and contaminating any food that comes into contact with the table he was working on. When it came time for me to order I simply asked if the line worker could change her gloves as I’m not trying to be confrontational and she complied with attitude. Once again the manager witnessed this interaction and did nothing publicly to correct the behavior or even check in with me to make sure I was having a good experience as if we all didn’t just witness a major health violation. I have filed a complaint with the health department strictly hoping for improvement I do not wish any ill-will on the employees involved I understand how tough their job can be, but I would like this to be a safe establishment for me my friends and family to eat at and what happened today puts all our health in jeopardy.

  Avoid placing carry out orders from the Chipotle at 4984 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85212. The last two orders were missing items. The time prior had leaking containers that dripped thru bag onto my floor mats and left me with a mess to clean while my family ate. I’m really upset with this location, and they will not return calls. Not one to write bad reviews, as mistakes happen, but this location needs training, and we won’t patronize again.

  If I could give this place a zero rating, I would! We went in to have lunch and the restaurant was a mess! The workers were all standing around staring at people as they walked in. The tables were filthy and we asked them if they would clean a table for us and they ignored us. The serving pans were almost empty and the food looked old. The "boy" was talking very loudly about another customer and laughing because she "had to pee". He was very unprofessional!!! I asked him to please clean a table for us and he answered "we're not allowed to move from here"?!! He continued to laugh and talk about the customer and never moved from his spot! We will never return! I'm sure that Chipotle doesn't care that we won't, but I was with a soccer team and none of them will be back either. What a waste of time.

  This is the worst chipotle location of all time and It never gets better. Always out of food, the food that’s there is always terribly cooked, the entire staff has awful attitudes and makes you feel like you’ve inconvenienced them, it’s always a 25 minute wait, it’s never clean (the kitchen, the tables, the bathrooms, and etc) the franchise owner should be embarrassed and chipotles corporate should intervene at this point. I come back once a quarter and it somehow always feels it’s getting worse. Just avoid this location, go to San tan mall or anywhere else.

  I will never be coming back to this chipotle. Every time I come here they are out of everything. The manager said a 2 minute wait for the meats to come up I waited over 5 minutes in line after that and they said that it would be 10 more minutes for the meats. I left and willl no longer be coming back
