  I absolutely love this location! Our order taker named Melannie was very sweet and efficient. She clearly knows what she’s doing and deserves a raise! This is by far the cleanest location I have been too and I felt very welcomed by her as well. We also received our food very fast, fresh, and was delicious!! 100% recommend this location.

  I’ve always enjoyed Chick-fil-A—the food is consistently good and the service is usually great. However, I’d like to suggest an improvement for online and delivery orders, especially when it comes to drinks. It would be really helpful if the drinks were sealed or covered more securely for hygiene purposes. Right now, the cups and bottled water feel a bit too exposed during delivery, and adding a protective seal or wrap would give customers more peace of mind knowing their beverages haven’t been directly exposed during handling. Overall, I still love Chick-fil-A, but improving drink packaging for delivery would make the experience even better. Additionally, I think more attention should be given to the vegetables. They should be better selected and thoroughly washed before serving. This is also a hygiene concern. In my recent experience, something didn’t feel right, and I ended up with stomach discomfort afterward and couldn’t even finish my meal.

  I ordered the new jalapeño ranch chicken sandwich got all the way home & they forgot to put bacon on it and forgot my sauce because I was really craving that sandwich I went back for a remake & my remake was horrible as well bun was hard no jalapeños at the bottom cold chicken and one broken up piece of bacon 🫤 when I took it back to the window the boy insisted that’s how the sandwich come when I’m clearly looking at the description instead of offering a remake he asked for my card to just give a refund which was so rudely asked on my refund receipt it’s says the cashier name was Bree but it was a guy I was dealing with… I thought chick fil a held better customer service than that smh I went right down the street to Wendy and got a great fresh hot sandwich! Sorry chick fil a you have lost a loyal customer

  I'm giving this whole place of more than a five star to all the employees here to Junior the manager beautiful caring compassionate employees every single one of them here my car broke down in the Drive-Thru and I started panicking cuz I got embarrassed and I started crying and I almost lost it with embarrassment and Junior came out real polite tell me no reason to be embarrassed we're here if you need our help we're here to help you I'll help you park it to the parking lot like from the very beginning he was so compassionate and caring and that goes for all of them like they deserve more than five stars this is the first time I eat here very first time I eat at any Chick-fil-A and I had a wonderful experience so thank you Junior and everybody at Chick-fil-A you guys get more than a five star I pray and I wish you many blessings God bless all of you 🙏🏼❤️ ty 🙏🏼 Junior thank you for the manager special 🫶🏼😊
