  The cheese steaks here are good. It's not fast food though because they cook it to order so there will be a wait for your food. Regular size cheesesteak is $9.99 add a side of Fry's for $2.99 and that's all the fries that you get, Even after asking if that was the right amount I was told that's the measurement. You're also going to have to repeat yourself numerous times because they don't speak English and they don't understand what you're saying I had to repeat myself multiple times I've been going to Charlie's since they were a standalone store at the plaza on Stapley in the freeway and it was amazing then when this place first opened the portion sizes were larger there was more meat on the sandwich and now there's hardly any meat and barely any fries and the bread's kind of dry. At the time I was at the store there was a bunch of corporate people there having a meeting right inside the doorway Hopefully they're talking about all the horrible reviews they get and figuring out what they need to do to fix it. Like adjusting the portion size making sure things are fresh making sure the orders are correct training your employees crazy stuff like that and apparently for $3 you get 17 french fries which isn't even actually an entire potato. Disappointing🤦🏼‍♀️

  I had a chicken cheese stake Chipotle sandwich. Delicious Also I had watermelon strawberry drink, it was good but very sweet. I had water down mines. But very Yummy!

  This establishment has the worst customer service. The first visit I asked if they had dipping sauces. Their response was just ranch, but we charge 60 cents (I did not have cash on me at the time). The second visit I asked for ranch. Their response was the same, and I paid for 3 ranches. The third visit I placed my order to go, paid in advance for 4 ranch sauces, but when I got to my destination there were no ranch sauces. If you're going to charge what every other establishment includes in the cost of their customers meals, then at least make the ranch sauce a priority not to get forgotten. I will never eat at Charley's Cheesesteaks again...you can stick your 1 lame dipping sauce that you carry where the sun don't shine!
