  My husband and I went to Cava for the first time the other day for lunch. It was great tasting and filling! We both got the steak bowl and it’s so flavorful and you get enough toppings for each bite to have a little bit of everything. I have a dairy allergy and they were so accommodating with that and double checked to make sure what I could and couldn’t have. There are so many choices on the menu and we can’t wait to go back and try more options. The customer service is above and beyond. We were greeted when we walked in and throughout the entire ordering process each employee was kind and knowledgeable about their products. Love that they have a blueberry soda. Such a great experience.

  Wow! What a great surprise! I’d never eaten at Cava before today, and let’s just say this will not be my last time. I ate at the Mesa location during a lunch rush. The staff could not have been more positive and polite, and the Greek salad I had was the freshest fast casual salad I’ve had in forever. I’m eating dairy and gluten free for now, and their house dressing was so tasty I didn’t even miss the feta or tzatziki that would have been part of it. The grilled chicken was beautifully seasoned and tender. Definitely stop in if you haven’t yet.

  First time trying Cava. Staff was so friendly and helpful with the menu, especially explaining what things were to our kids. They loved their kids meals. We built our own bowl with chicken and sweet potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! I was unsure about dressings which Caitlyn helped me with at checkout and offered to put them on the side just in case. She also recommended the sour cream + onion pita chips and I’m glad she did because our family really enjoyed them. We’ll definitely be back!

  I really like the food here. But the Alma School store in Chandler, AZ is HORRIBLE with deliveries. I ordered 2 of the same bowl and only one was delivered. Both dressings & sides were in the bag but it was missing an entire bowl. The receipt stapled on the bag was correct with 2 bowls. Last time we ordered here, the order was also incorrect and when we reached out to the store, the manager was no help. We were placed on hold for more than 30 minutes twice to wait to speak with a manager who avoided us. When I tried to call this time, there is now not an option to speak with an employee in the store. I get that people make mistakes but every time I order here? And not being able to fix the order is unacceptable. Do better.

  The staff was patient and welcoming. They were happy to stop and answer questions about all the different options. Yama and Zoe had friendly and interactive smiles.
