  I will tell you my boyfriend and I wanted to come here because of the experience he had in CA at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We come to this location and the best thing about it was the Hostess in training. Other than that everything else was horrible. Our waiter didn’t even get us a drink until 20 mins after we sat down then when it came time to order food she treated me badly like I was rushing her. We Then received some of our food items not all & waited for our server to ever return or check on us that we received our food or needed another drink. We asked for the check and realized onion rings were on there we never got. We had her correct the bill and she was very quick to take my boyfriend’s card but never to take care of us and make sure we even got all of our food. We then proceeded to advise the manager that we were not tipping her for the shitty attitude and poor customer service. They told us she was having a bad day. If you’re at work your problems shouldn’t reflect on how you your PAYING customers. We all have issues but bringing them on us was just terrible. If you ever go to a Buffalo Wild Wings stay away from this location and the server names Sakura.

  We attempted to have a party of 16 at this location. We were refused to be sat, no alternative seating was offered. When we asked to speak with management, we were told we could call the number on the front door, which went to the very person, who told us to call the number. Staff was extremely rude. When cooperate was contacted, management again refused to call, and only sent an email defending the attitudes of the employees.

  When they say hot - trust them. I got the wild wings, the hot ones, and they were HOT. Please believe me. Unless you are a fire breathing dragon, the wild wings will definitely take care of the spicy cravings. A good location- I definitely would recommend. I wish I could remember the name of our server, he did a great job helping us.

  I went on probably one of the busiest nights, the final four game was on for Arizona and I expected to wait, I decided to sit at the bar I was dying for dine good Wings and didn't want beer but decided hey why not a 4$ tall and they had a halftime special for 2 dollars for a short so in total I spent 25$ and used my app got 10 wings frys and double bacon burger and I ate everything I enjoyed the food and the service her name was Sakura and she was busy all night and completely did her job.

  The food was horrible! The fries were old and cold and the rest of the food tasted like crap! There was so much oil and grease it made everyone sick never coming here again!
