BR has the best icing so about 8 years ago we started a tradition of always getting Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes for birthdays. We used to go to another location in Mesa, but their cakes were frost bitten and hard, so I looked everywhere for another location and visited a few, but their cakes weren’t that cute. This location is SO different and so worth the drive now that we’re in Gilbert. It’s such a clean location and the cakes are out of control! Even though they do custom cakes, I got her the hopscotch bunny cake with confetti and wild and wreckless sherbet. because she likes the cute and silly ones. We’ve done some other animal ones, but this bunny absolutely takes the cake. The cake decorator here is great. She absolutely loved it and we got so many compliments on it. Will return every year!

It’s a little out of the way but I have to say the staff is great the environment clean parking is easy it’s always an enjoyable experience. The kids can run around outside safely. I’m a stickler for cleanliness especially around sticky stuff and the shop never feels dirty it’s light and bright fun colors ample seating not messy (DQ I’m talking to you). The staff are mainly teenagers always smiling attentive and they’re great! A nice change from many stores. They have great attitudes not on their phones. Don’t have ear buds in their ears that I’m competing with. Several remember my family as we are repeat customers or at least make us feel as they do. Their appearance is clean and professional. Having read a couple reviews I just have to say this hasn’t been our family’s experience at all. Don’t allow a couple angry souls to ruin a small business as believe BR stores are franchises. I’ll rip a store if it’s deserving but this store isn’t. Don’t deprive yourself - it’s delicious ice cream and a fun experience. I highly recommend this business.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
