  Ondrea took our order,when my husband went to get it he asked her for some horsey sauce packets, she motioned him to the goop covered pumps,he asked again she argued and sighed and told him it was over there, he said he preferred packets she argued and eventually gave him some, her job is custom service not to argue with customers, the restaurant was dirty tables not clean and rags hanging out of the soda machine. Thank goodness this is not our regular location we will never go back we work too hard for our money to be disrespected by a child with a bull ring in her nose. Shame on you Arby's

  I was waiting for my food watching them make it, I saw a young a man taking ALL THE ORDERS ALONE with no one else anywhere to be seen. And then to top it off the “manager” wasn’t doing anything but yell at the young man trying to do his job. I think the managers name was Marcy, very upsetting to see. The food arrived pretty late and cold too for one sandwich. Should focus more on getting orders out rather than yelling at the order takers.

  Went in yesterday 3/11/2026 in the evening. The lady working the drive through was so helpful. Usually people are not friendly when ordering drive through (all places). This lady took her time and gave suggestions. I now have new favorite sandwiches. My receipt said her name was Anna. I wish ever drive through employee was like her. Friendly, kind, and patient.

  Found this place on Main St and what a find. Good home-cooked meals. It's a rather small, mom and pop place.
