- AAAngie AmadoApr 5, 20261.0Angie montolla bought 50 piece chicken from deli very rude waited 40 minutes for help to find out he told me I had to pay for it first waited again in checkout line went back to deli he was so hateful when got to my party with chicken it was not crispy chicken it was all stuck together. Every time he went to get a piece of chicken. The skin was just ripped off. It was the worst service I ever received from Albertsons and for years. I have got my chicken there for Easter, but I will no longer be buying anything from Albertsons. I had told the manager on my way out what happened and she said oh yeah I’ll take care of it. What was she going to do refund me? No she said she was gonna talk to the gentleman. I think I should’ve got a full refund on my chicken. It was almost $53 for bad customer service and bad chicken.

We went to the meat department and my mother talked to the first butcher and asked about the meat. The first butcher responded with a dismissive tone, stating “You should go talk to the another butcher. He’ll take care of it”. and went back to doing nothing. After that, we went to talk to another butcher and he went to the door immediately and got them for us. High-quality customer service from the 2nd butcher.
