  I have eaten burgers in bars in New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Maine, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona. I have cooked at two historic hotels one in New Mexico one in Fairplay, Colorado. So I know how to run a grill. I have worked in bars and restaurants where we made everything from hand scratch. happen to stop in today because I was hungry. I ordered the basic Swiss mushroom burger 1/3 pound and onion rings. Number one I’m about 99% sure they’re using black Angus beef. I ordered a medium rare cooked to perfection perfectly seasoned not overly done the onion rings were crispy no soggy greasy onion rings here. They also definitely keep their fryer grease clean and fresh, which is huge. The mushroom slices were humongous and they were grilled there was an abundance of real quality Swiss cheese. For food enough to feed the 6 foot one 245 pound man and leave not hungry is amazing with a drink. It was 20 bucks and worth every dime also the patties are handmade and thick you get that almost nowhere anymore. The bartenders are friendly. It’s an awesome little bar right outside of Bisbee. It is worth the stop. The lovely bartender told me when I come back next time. I have to do the Philly cheesesteak. She got the cook so I can give him a compliment. This guy couldn’t be anything much more than 26 or 27. He told me and I quote that every dish he prepares he makes it like he’s making it for family and I told him that that’s how you do it. keep up the great work I’ll be back for the Philly cheesesteak! 😊😁😋

  Great food. We were camping down the road and went here for supper. Met a lot of people. The bar tenders were very personable. We went back two days latter to play bingo and had a lot of fun. We went back a third time and ate again. The food is amazing.

  If you are looking to have a beer and triple cheese hotdogs 😋, this is your place! I'll stop here each time I come to Bisbee.

  This place is great. Staying at the desert Oasis down the road and can't believe we waited so long to come in. Reasonably priced but I still coulda put a damage on our budget, beer alone. Lol. Get onion rings 🤘

  Great food - gourmet bar food. Beers are cold and fresh. They're very accommodating- even got me a beer that they hadn't had for a while. Pool, game night great people. We're definitely going back.
