  Wingstop put in a board up telling people when their orders are going to be ready with a green check mark and four green bars your orders ready but it takes us 15-20 minutes to bag it now how ridiculous can you get You have kids working behind the counter that do not care about a thing You got a fake board up there telling you when your order is ready You have the worst customer service besides Kentucky fried Chicken I strongly recommend going to any other restaurant for your wings we have plenty of them here in town in Maricopa Wingstop is a joke They do not care about their customers at all They are 100% lies

  I was there on 4/9 around 530pm to pick up my order. There was a little bit of a line but the two employees that were working the front at the time were doing a good job of getting those orders out without more then a few minutes of waiting. The one that helped me in particular opened up my order to see if I had enough sauce on my wings and even neatly restacked my order inside my bag which I thought was a nice touch. She gave great customer service with a beautiful smile. Just wish I caught her name to give her a shout out.

  It's wing stop. Not the fastest when it comes to your order BUT when it arrives, it's very hot and fresh so it's definitely worth waiting for. Customer service is great just a little lengthy when it comes to time but I will definitely keep coming here and the restaurant is very clean.

  Never had this bad of an experience before at wingstop. I placed an order online 30min before arriving. My order wasn't ready when I showed up. It seemed they were trying to close earlier than they're hours say. Get home to find a bunch of burnt wings fully over sauced. Not edible at all, so nasty. Update i got food poisoning this morning from the one nasty wing I had. Had to miss work and keep throwing up. Definitely will not be returning to wingstop. Train your employees to not give food poisoning to customers.

  I hate writing low star reviews, however, I just ordered from this wingstop twice in the last 24 hours, hoping that the first time was a fluke and it was not. The purpose of this is to hopefully get someone’s attention to retrain their employees on reading the orders/measuring their ingredients. DoorDashed my 8pc combo last night- I hate sauced wings and exclusively order their Louisiana dry rub. I also love their Cajun corn and you gotta get some fries too. Last night’s order was delivered and everything was labeled correctly, but when I opened the corn container, I couldn’t see any corn- it was OBLITERATED by the Cajun seasoning. I tried rinsing it under water and it was still completely inedible due to the intense saltiness. I next opened the chicken container and was surprised to see sauced wings. I’ve never ordered sauced before but these were very mild but had a strange underlying flavor- I’m assuming they were the Cajun wet wings. Got a partial refund on DoorDash, though it wasn’t door dash or the dasher’s fault- everything was labeled correctly. Still wanted my Louisiana dry rub so I ordered again today for lunch. This time I also requested the fries and the corn have LESS seasoning. I also ordered some for my coworker. While the corn was better this time, there was still a solid layer of seasoning on the bottom of the container and I had to wipe off every piece before eating it. The fries were incredibly salty, even my coworker couldn’t eat hers. The worst part was that the Louisiana dry rub was nowhere to be found. The exact same sauced Cajun wings were in the container next to the Korean ones I ordered for my other coworker in my 8pc combo. Everything was labeled correctly - LDR - last night and today. I hope whoever is making this food is retrained on what LDR is as well as the standard wingstop seasoning levels (which are generally on the high side already, I know).
