  Im new to Arizona and this location is by far the best I Maricopa compared to the other location. I’d rather drive 10 min to this one the food quality is better they are much faster and have way better attitudes. The other location is EXTREMELY slow food quality is crap and their workers always have a bad attitude . 10/10 recommend this location

  Once again, if you go to either McDonald's here in Maricopa, you will definitely have a wait time. Once you get your food, it's usually on point as far as temperature goes and flavor. Place is pretty clean including the bathrooms. It's just the overly excessive wait times is my only complaint.

  Why is it McDonald’s created a culture of immediately parking cars when there in the drive through. I waited over 30 min before I went back inside I had got completely forgotten about. If you’re just gonna park cars stop putting in drive throughs and create drive ins. The fact that they didn’t even know where food went to annd would just ask every car in the parking lot if this you’re food. Every single person in this location has zero customer service skills every single one of them was rude. I will go out of my way just so I don’t come back to this location. Do your self a favor don’t come to this location

  No matter the time of day you order from this restaurant something is going to be wrong. 8 out of 10 times something I missing from my orders. It’s not little things you can live with but whole sandwich’s, fries or drinks. The past two times I’ve ordered on DoorDash I’m missing sandwiches and have to reorder, wait for my food again, and tip another driver all due to the laziness of the workers here. The management team should be genuinely embarrassed of their restaurant.

  Today I had an experience at McDonald’s that truly deserves recognition. I stopped by to pick up two fish sandwiches and a large Coke after getting food for my father at a nearby Mexican restaurant. When I got to the register, I realized I didn’t have my wallet with me — I only had about $7 on hand, and my total came out to $8.14. Without hesitation, Joseph, the employee at the register, stepped in and told me he would take care of the difference. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a reminder that there are still good people out there who go above and beyond for customers. Joseph didn’t just provide great service — he showed compassion and genuine humanity. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand. Thank you, Joseph.
