  Ordered 2 ham sandwiches and a chicken gyro, received 2 turkey sandwiches like how does this happen???

  The music in here is absurdly loud and I’m a “young” person. Order taking an extremely long time.

  Asked for no mayo on my sandwich and they literally just scrapped it off (there was still tons of mayo on my sandwich) and my husband had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. They made a new sandwhich but didn't offer a refund or any type of discount eventhough he had to drive all the way back (gas isn't cheap) and honestly I don't feel comfortable eating the sandwich at this point so it's just going to go to waste. When I say no mayo I mean no mayo for a reason. I will probably not return to this location which is sad because I am a big Jimmy John's fan.
