A female finally picks up and I explain the situation only to be put on hold again. At no point was there an apology for the online difficulty or the long hold time. I like savings/deal but not at the expense of bad service. When I got to Wingstop, no one was in line and the female was cleaning the doors. So the upside is, the place was clean.

I then went up to order, instantly the associate named Emma was there to help me and my boyfriend. She was very patient with our long order and even gave menu recommendations when asked. Amazing girl! Anyways, after placing our order it was given almost immediately and everything was fresh. Best restaurant experience so far this year!

Called the store to notify them to tell us we have to take thd order back tomorrow to be replaced, because they close in 9 minutes. When asked what we are supposed to do now since this was supposed to be dinner.. all we got was oh im sorry..
