Nuggets are always old and cold (I'm assuming made awhile ago and sitting under lamp), same goes for the fries, always cold and hard. At nearly 5 bucks for a large fry, make them fresh. I dont care if it's going to take 5 minutes, park me. I rather wait a few extra minutes than get old food fast. Then anytime I ask for nuggets or fries to be made fresh, I've caught them twice now just throwing the old ones back in the fryer.

She disappeared after we got to window & she rang up order wrong. Had to wave them down to get attention to make sure order properly placed. Was asked to pull around & wait. While waiting we see 3 cars get food & leave so I go inside. Miscommunication at window & now food still needs made. They would have left me sitting outside because they thought they made my food. All of this is understandable however what is not was the fact there was at least 7 employees but only the one tall cook & manager were the only pleasant people with a brain. The lady at register in front should never be at front as she obviously didn’t want to be working, couldn’t smile at all & has zero customer service skills. Same with original order taker who disappeared. 6 regular breakfast sandwiches & nobody waiting took 35 minutes 😔
