Without question the best meats that you can find in Maricopa. Plus old school customer service, I've gone on extended 3 months vacation and walk in and the owner still remembers my name. Great grass-fed beef and pasture raised poultry

My husband and I tried this butcher shop for the first time and it was a disappointment. We both got a NY strip. We were excited for a really good steak for Sunday dinner. They were about $32 each and we figured it was going to be a good steak since it was expensive and this is a butcher shop.
We cooked the steaks and were disappointed. I’ve had better steak from Fry’s. We like our steak medium, and it chewy with not a lot of flavor. We also got a seasoning from this shop to try and didn’t think the seasoning had much taste.
Unfortunately, we wont be back. We would prefer to get a fresh steak at Fry’s for the money.

As a son of a butcher and having grown up in a meat market, trust me when I tell you this is top notch stuff. People are great too.

Average. I know beef is at an all-time high, but I was expecting something tasty for the higher price point of a butcher. Bought two ribeyes that were tough and gristley and had very little flavor. Frys has better meat for less money. Perhaps the kobe would be the way to go, but $75 for two small steaks seems exorbitant for me. Ymmv.
