  Can’t say enough good things about this Taco Bell. Especially since customer service is no longer a thing. My order is always done correctly and the service is always beyond professional. I swear they have the sweetest employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! And it’s not just one employee it’s every employee I’ve ever encountered! YOUR WHOLE TEAM IS BEYOND AMAZING. 🥰

  worst taco bell i've been to. they seriously have no listening skills. every single time i order from here they get my order wrong whether it's the drive thru, doordash, or an in person order

  Food was good. Drive thru beats having it delivered. Food was warm . One of mine and Dom's favorites for a quick weeknight hungry.

  Ordered the new pablano steak wrap had barely any steak. Ordered 3 lux boxes with it and it had maybe 3 pieces of steak in each one. Do better taco bell.

  I have left forty messages through the app in regards to an order.I did not receive.I placed the order through taco bell app.Door dash was to deliver.They never delivered it to me.Jeremiah was the delivery driver.He confirmed he did not deliver or pick up from taco bell and delivered to me.I called the store one hour after it was supposed to be delivered.They said they still had it at the store.Of course.At that time, I did not want it.I've gotten zero response from anyone from this store.They owe me thirty three dollars.This has gone on for almost two weeks now.Doordash won't help me because I didn't order through doordash.I ordered through the taco bell app.I've called taco bell's eight hundred number and been on hold for a total of one hour over six phone calls zero.Response zero capability of leaving a message. This is the most unprofessional store.Most unprofessional restaurant ever.I even called the local store.Apparently.They don't know how to use a phone.I have it recorded, they just put the phone down.So it was off the hook for hours and hours.So that's good for business.You know why?Because I have it recorded heard everything they said for over an hour.Crazy.All I want is my thirty three dollars back but I definitely wouldn't order through taco bell app because you'll get screwed.There's no recourse, apparently except for class action lawsuit.People should let me know if they want to start one.I could start a class action lawsuit.No problem.
