- JKJessica Krebs4 days ago1.0Waited here for 15 minutes as the person in front of me had a full blown conversation and the woman on the intercom say “just stay parked talking to me until the car behind you drives away”.. they continued talking about random things & I finally was able to pull up. Once I got up to order nothing was said to me I waited another 10 minutes to place my order. Got to the window to pay and asked me what I had ordered. Absolutely horrible customer service would recommend any other place in town than this sonic. In total waited around 25-35 minutes for a small meal. Wish I could file a formal complaint with the manager this person should not be behaving this way at a job they are being paid to be at. After waiting 30 minutes my food was not even fresh.
