I waited over 30 minutes and was completely forgotten. No one checked on me, no communication, nothing. I had to go inside just to ask for a refund. This is basic, entry-level fast food work built around speed and simple organization. There’s no excuse for this level of incompetence on such an easy order. If a team can’t manage nuggets and fries without losing track of a customer, something is seriously wrong with management and staff. At this rate, robots will probably replace this location soon — and honestly, they’d likely do a better job.
