- KKKilo1 day ago1.0Again we arrive at the conjecture of how McDonalds has been on a downward slide for awhile now. I've been to this location so many times and literally Every. single. Time. I get parked. It doesn't matter if someone is behind me. It doesn't matter how big my order is. The drive thru is no longer the drive thru. You will be given your drinks and they will go flat as you sit and wait upwards of 15-20 minutes burning gas in your car just to be handed luke warm food that was sitting on the counter for the last 10 minutes.

I was Doordashin' approximately @ 11:15 P.M.and got an order from this location. I had a question about the order I received. Itzel kindly answered my question about my order and quickly prepared the order for my customer! She was throughly knowledgeable and made my experience as a Dasher so much easier! I know as a Dasher you get stuck into the "GO MODE" to get as much orders in a day! Dashers can loose sight and patience that the Restaurant Staff is part of the Team as well!! Whomever reads my review. Owner or General Manager. Please take the time to give Itzel a job well done! I hope this review will give proof Itzel is ready for her next Managerial Position!! I ordered, paid, and when I went to the pickup window, he gave me my drinks and told me to park on any numbered spots. ok. so i parked and a few mins later I see an employee of mcdonalds coming out to deliver food from people from the drive thru. he came up to my window and said "let's see if your a winner. what's your numbers?" I said "uhhh 1474?" and he replied " WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!"🤣 I happily, and quickly grabbed my food, and said yayy winner! then he says "you want any sauce?" and showing me some container thing with a handle, and I said you got bbq sauce? he found some for me. this interaction was so fun, funny, and so upbeat. I absoluty loved how prepared he was with the sauces, and his mood was amazing. his name is Raymond. he's fantastic. so thank you Raymond for the experience. that was super fun! 😄
