  Quality here is significantly in decline. Their coffee tastes like drip using old coffee grounds, or like the espresso was pulled twice. Staff are also not as personable as every other Dutch I've been to in Arizona.

  Drinks were fine. We placed a mobile app order, showed up after the estimated ready time, and not only were the drinks not ready 15 minutes after the order was placed, but our drinks were not ready for an additional 20 minutes after arrival. Meanwhile multiple people that ordered at the walkup window were served their drinks while I was waiting, even though they ordered after I had arrived. Do not expect quick service if you order before arriving.

  The workers here are always seriously amazing, so kind and attentive. I come at least once a week but today’s visit was especially great because of the workers. I’ve had a long hectic day of cleaning and organizing, I placed a mobile order without realizing that I accidentally sent it to a location in Chandler, when I arrived the workers were confused because they didn’t have an order with my name and then I realized my mistake. I was prepared to just go home without my Dutch lol, the worker told me they could ring it up for me here and I said I was okay I didn’t want to have to pay for another order (which is what I would have to do at most other coffee shops) but he said that since I showed him my mobile order, and I had paid for it, he would just ring it in for free. I said multiple times that it was totally fine and he didn’t have to do that, and he insisted that since I had paid for it they would make it. I had already decided a while ago that Dutch was my favorite coffee shop, but after today’s visit they earned even more of my business. 10/10!!

  This location really needs better line management. My car was skipped over while four or five others were served ahead of me. When I pulled up to the window, I had to place my order there instead, and the barista actually came inside to tell me she had skipped me on purpose because she thought I had cut the line, which I hadn’t. On top of that, I overheard staff talking negatively about other customers and encouraging each other to ignore them at the window. I understand customer service can be challenging, but professionalism and respect go a long way. I don’t want to hear baristas talking about customers right in front of me. There’s plenty of better Dutch locations in the valley.
