I took one sip and was super anxious and knew it was too strong. I asked for a large green tea with 2 rebel shots to equal out the price I paid and they did it for me no problem! I don’t know the girls name but she was blonde. Shoutout to you!!! :)

The associate I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unfair in how they handled a simple situation regarding the current promotion. Instead of explaining the policy clearly or trying to help, they came across as irritated and unwilling to provide basic customer service. There was no effort to resolve the issue or even speak respectfully. Customer service should be about making customers feel welcome and valued especially at a place known for being friendly. Unfortunately, this experience felt the complete opposite. It wasn’t about the promotion itself; it was about the attitude and lack of professionalism. I hope management addresses this, because one negative interaction can really impact how customers view the entire brand.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
