But I'm giving every donut shop in Maricopa low rating for not offering chocolate and caramel old-fashioned donuts through the DoorDash app I think that's absolutely ridiculous how can you call yourself a donut shop! I'll update this to five stars when people can order the most favored donut in the world chocolate and caramel old-fashioned on DoorDash. Merry Christmas

The customer service gets worse each time I come.Hannah is the worst manager and should not be working here let alone a manager for a customer service establishment. Went in today to be told they don’t carry something and never have when I get it at this location at least once a week. 5 people working and it took a more than 5 min to be greeted. I wound up leaving without anything after they all had attitudes telling me they don’t serve what I typically get. I will just go out my way to go to another location. Hire new people who WANT to be there and will be helpful!

- LKLawrence KrausNov 9, 20251.0After waiting 10 minutes for my “maple sugar” bacon sandwich and so called loaded hash browns such a waste of time and money. The sandwiches was smashed and lacked the maple sugar flavor. The loaded hash browns had 7 hash browns. It didn’t even fill the cup up half way that it was served in. Plus they couldn’t even provide me a fork to eat them with. I watched the girl preparing the food never change her gloves after touching multiple different surfaces, food, utensils and bags. Overall very poor quality food. I will not be back and you should avoid this place as well!
