We finally got to the speaker and he asked us to wait. Another 2-3 minutes later, we asked if he was still there.. nothing.. another minute, we asked again. Still... silence. Honestly, a little courtesy to at least say he hadn't forgotten us would have made the wait feel less painful. We left because if they don't care to at least say sorry, they are still there, why would they put any care into our order. But in this day and age, I have a feeling this dairy queen was severely understaffed as they penny pinch to save a buck and not staff and train accordingly. Well jokes on you. You won't have income if you don't have customers. Avoid this place unless you like sitting around doing nothing for 20 minutes.
