    Refused to honor their own online deals even though it's your app that doesn't work deal says spend 10 dollars get a 3 dollar double beef when ordering online or IN STORE. Got told I dont know and that was that terrible service and why even have deals on the app if they dont work. Will not be back didn't even try to help

    Their customer service generally isn’t good. I was treated badly over my order not being what i asked for. I asked to talk to the manager she was very nice until handing me my item and had to say unnecessary comments about the item i purchased. very poor customer service.

    Walked in for dine out with coupons. Service was handled quickly and accurately. Minimal wait. I ordered the Ruben and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely going back

    first tried the new Steak Nugget Bowl at an Arby’s in Gilbert, and it was excellent, tender steak, flavorful, and served over creamy mac and cheese. Based on that, I decided to order two full meals from the Maricopa location for me and my daughter, which came to a little over $30. Unfortunately, the food here was nothing like my first experience. What Went Wrong: • Extremely small amount of steak Each bowl had maybe two medium pieces and a couple of tiny scraps. For a meal, the portion was disappointing. • Steak was burnt and dried out Every piece was overcooked to the point of being black and dry. It tasted old, like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp instead of being freshly prepared. • Barely any mac and cheese They only put enough to lightly cover the bottom of the bowl. It wasn’t even close to a full serving. • Mac and cheese was dried out, not creamy Instead of being fresh, it was dry and clumpy — like it had been sitting for a while before being served. Overall: For over $30, this meal was extremely disappointing. Between the burnt steak, tiny portions, and dried-out mac and cheese, the quality didn’t match the price at all. I’ve had this same item at another Arby’s and it was great, but at the Maricopa location, I would not order it again.
