- ZZZayWayMar 30, 20263.0My go-to order is an oreo cookies and cream shake. I’ve been getting these for yearsssss now. The one time i’m craving it like crazy they ruin the drink. On the website it only has the option for Non-Dairy so I call in to make sure the order was just regular cookies and cream. I walk in and they are already sitting there ready, they are darker than usual and runny rather than thick (like a milkshake is supposed to be) so i check the receipt to see if it was regular cookies and cream. It said non dairy so I went back in to double check. The girl said they did change it to regular and that the receipt just says what was ordered online. I get home later and try the shake. It tastes like straight chocolate, I personally hate chocolate. It obviously has chocolate chips and chocolate syrup in it. Who adds chocolate to a strictly oreo cookies and cream shake? It’s oreo ice cream, oreo chunks, and vanilla, not chocolate. This was such a disappointment. Those girls that made it obviously did something wrong and most likely didn’t even give me regular oreos cookies and cream.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
