Firm and just crispy enough. Excellent seasoning. Don't know why it took so long for us to get here but we are glad we did and we will be back repeatedly!

I arrived a few minutes early and received the “order ready” notification right on schedule — but when I asked about it, I was told it would be “right up.” I didn’t actually receive my order until nearly 20 minutes after that notification. I can’t help but wonder if orders are being marked ready prematurely to hit performance metrics, because this has happened more than once — which makes the pickup time feature essentially meaningless for customers trying to plan their arrival. The food is great, but the pickup experience was frustrating enough that it’s hard to justify coming back.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
