    Food is always good but the waiting time to pay cash for your order is ridiculous they have wait in the front counter for ever and after you pay it takes another eternity to get your food, all the employees are so slow, I hate coming to this store.

    Ordered a few items (from drive thru) and was asked to pull around. Okay. However proceeded to park near the front door and wait over 20 minutes for my order while watching the staff play grab ass in the restaurant. Received my food and the order was entirely wrong. Stood at the locked lobby door for ten minutes to try and corect the order. Drive thru had cars on it. This store seriously needs to be corrected by management or corporate. Horribly dissatisfied

    Do not come to this Taco Bell location unless you want to be disappointed and be expected to pay for their mistakes. On 12/15/25, my partner and I decided to dine in and that was our first mistake. We were given no choice but to use the kiosk because there was no one manning the register at the counter. After we placed our order, our name was called for the food but we never received our drink cups. We had to flag one of the kids down to give us our drink cups. While we were eating, our name got called a second time so my partner got up and grabbed the order. Turns out, it was a different customers order but the kid who took this particular order at the register misheard the name and it just so happened to be the same name we used. Because Taco Bell can’t take food back that another customer already touched, the customer had to wait for the kids to remake his order. We personally apologized to the customer and he was very understanding. When the customer finally got his order, he double checked his food and noticed he was missing a chicken taco. When the kid looked at the receipt, they stated that he only paid for 1 chicken taco. He very clearly said he wanted 2 chicken tacos but the kid that took the order only put down one. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and making him that extra taco for free, the kid at the register tried to ring him up for the additional taco. At this point, the customer was furious, demanded his receipt, said he was going to call corporate, and stormed out. Clearly, these kids don’t know what good customer service is. The kids that work here need to experience a similar situation on their own time, that way they know how it feels to be treated so poorly and maybe learn how to treat their customers properly. And if, for some reason, you still decide to eat here. Be sure to triple check your order cause chances are the kids messed something up. We will not be returning to Taco Bell.

    Ordered and paid for my meal on-line for pick up. Was told it would be one half hour to pick up. Waited the half hour, followed the instructions to "go through drive-thru and give my name" and meal would be ready to go. Was instructed to pull around and park. Then had to WAIT another 10 minutes for it to be delivered to car. What is the point of ordering ahead? This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will NOT be coming to this Taco Bell again!

    Couple pieces of cheese ,3 tiny pieces of tomato,small amount of so called meat , but so much white not green lettuce. And for 3 of these tacos? & A drink $11.00 . Terrible 😞
