The problem is there are 4 other cars waiting. Blocking the exit out of the drive thru. They cant even get your order to you in the bay. Only 1 time in 7 visits..

I hate to give it to them but that tangy BBQ makes or breaks the meal. Can't even get a single pack of ketchup. Waste of money.
