  Jaylene in the bakery just decorated a photo cake for us. The picture I sent didn't come through very well. Jaylene took the time to call me and give me a chance to send another photo. She even added a few flowers to really make the cake pop. The cake turned out beautiful thanks to Jaylene.

  I just want to give a shoutout to sidia she is an amazing cashier that makes me feel like a vip customer every time. I will continue to shop at this fry’s because it is simply the best.

  Wouldn’t recommend any black person to come shopping at this fry’s specifically because today on my way out l got racially profiled by one of the employees that works here , she a Hispanic women around her 30 , l was herding on my way out and she proceeded to ask me for my receipt , mind you , it’s the day before Valentines and everyone is buying the same stuff , she let everyone else walk out and just picked me in specific , , mind you there was a bunch of people going in and out , even if it was company policy l think it should’ve applied to everyone else not just me , wouldn’t recommend at all and it breaks my heart living in a society where you get discriminated for your skin tone .

  I go here because of the size of the store, aisles are not narrow that only two carts fit, and there's more selections. But I don't get all the deals and sale prices. When I go to customer services because I forgot or could not clip a deal due to APP problems I was treated like it's my fault. And they are not the ones getting ripped off. They should be more cheerful and delighted to give me the best pricing not upset I'm trying to save a few dollars. I knew something was off after I checked out. My numbers were off and I was charged $2.50 for the avocado instead of $0.80 Charged $3.99 instead of $1.99 for berries. Even though I did clip the coupon for the avocado and I tried scanning for the berries it said unavailable to get coupon. I told the cashier she was no help so I went to customer service where the lady there was being rude at first as I explained I tend to have several problems with the APP not properly working. It's frustrating using the APP.

  I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Check your receipt. Take pictures of the sale prices with your phone. I have never seen such incompetent people in my life. They are forever ringing up the wrong prices and then they will say to you that you have to read the fine print. Like 99% just say the product, barcode, and price. The customer service people usually aren't there. You have to wait. And this is why I say they are incompetent. I was over charged $3 and the girl gave me a courtesy $5, but instead of giving it to me she took $5 out of my bank account. I went back to the store and they gave me the $5 back from what they took out of my account and I never got my $3. They are constantly making errors after errors. My daughter and I never leave the store until we completely look at our receipts. We also take pictures of stuff that's on sale. I even had the manager tell me that she has her freezer stocked up. You know how you have to buy 5 items and you can mix and match. Well, she wouldn't give me the prices of the 5 because she said I had to buy 5 of the same item. Why would I buy 5 pounds of butter. I get so frustrated with them.
