It took several minutes to catch someone's attention about our missing milkshakes, then a young blonde man started fumbling with the machine but after a minute walked away and got back on the burger line. We had to get back in line at the order counter, in order to get someone's attention. At that point we just wanted a refund, but the new person at the counter didn't give us that option. It took 40 MINUTES to receive milkshakes. Please train employees to actually look up and pay attention.

The burgers taste burnt like they don’t clean the grill and the fries and topping were wrong. We also watched them use the same gloves to put raw bacon on the grill and then handle cooked burger patties. The food is no longer worth the cost.
