When we arrived, we waited behind 2 other groups at the windows, cars pulling behind us went to the drive thru. All of them got their orders before us. The girl said they fill orders in the order they are taken. We tried to explain we ordered 5 miles down the road, about 8 minutes before we pulled in. She kept repeating the same thing. So why order ahead on the app? And why was the girl just making excuses, not listening to us say we ordered before all those people, including the people who pulled into the drive thru, while we waited in line at the window. Bad customer service and bad app.

I was sitting outside at the table deciding what to order. It had been 5 min since we told staff give us a few. I walked up and they said sorry were closed. I pointed out the 5 cars that had not even order yet and she said sorry. I have an autistic child who CANNOT have caffein but wanted a grasshopper. The other person was a first time dutcher. The staff should have told us when we arrived that The order needed to be placed now as they were closing in 5 minutes.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
