  The donuts were a big let down. Unfortunately the taste and the selection was horrible not a good place for donuts that's for sure hopefully it serves all you coffee drinkers much better.

  Very polite and good service. We went pretty late and were able to get a wide variety. Love that they are open until 10!

  I understand people might have "off" days in customer service, but our recent trip to Dunkin left tons to be desired. We waited about 15 min at the window for a mobile order, which included 4 drinks and 1 baked good. Once they came to the window with our drinks, I was handed 2 drinks, one of which was incorrect--like a completely diff drink. I told the young lady at the window that my drink was incorrect and she took it back to make the right one. She brought it back and told us to have a good night. I told her we were missing 2 drinks and a muffin still. She went back to check the order and then came back after a bit with the 2 drinks and told us to have a good night. I told her I was still missing a muffin. She went back for it and then apologized for the confusion. When we got home, everyone's drinks were found to be horrible. One terribly sweet, 2 terribly bland and zero flavor, and hot coffee was cold. Sadly, no one was satisfied with their drinks. I have 2 stars for service because the young lady was nice about it at least.
