Long story short, I wasted 20 minutes of life waiting for my order that never came. On top of that, everytime I tried to check on it with an associate, they would pretend like I wasn't there; even the manager on duty dismissed me and stayed in a corner for the rest of the time I was there. You also had one associate who appeared to be on the phone under the guise of working on a broken machine and ignoring everything and everyone else. Don't waste your money here.

She doesn't even know what an apple fritter is. She gave me a jelly filled doughnut and said this is what an apple fritter is. The coffee was old and tasted cooked. It's sad what this Duncan Doughnuts has become. I guess I'll have to buy at Bosa instead.
