  We were standing in plain site, we were even acknowledged a few times, and then we were never helped. Manager pulled the employee to a different station and left us standing there un-assisted. We left. 1-2-26 6:40pm

  If you're not going to fully participate, then you don't deserve it. Reported to head quarters and the goal is to shut it down. Or you could step it up!

  I got a banana split and the banana was black. When i mentioned it to the worker, she stated that it was just “a little ripe”. Was back there today and waited five minutes for service to no avail. That was without another customer in the place.

  Stopped by Dairy Queen today and had a great experience from start to finish. I got my usual Peanut Buster Parfait — it’s a classic for a reason and never disappoints. My wife tried something different and actually discovered a little hack: instead of ordering the Peanut Buster Parfait, you can just get a hot fudge sundae with peanuts added. It tastes almost identical, comes with a bit more ice cream if you go for the medium, and saves you around $1–$2. Definitely doing that next time! There was no wait at the drive-through, both for ordering and pickup. The cashier was super friendly, double-checked the order, even asked if we wanted lids for the sundaes, which was a nice touch. Everything came out fast, fresh, and just the way we wanted it. Overall, great service, great ice cream, and an easy five stars from me.
