The man at the drive thru tells me they can’t do it, even when asked by the customer to do so. For a $13 meal, I’m hoping for better next time. Seems saving on minimal costs is more important than a great customer experience.

They were polite prompt and attentive and I think they deserve a raise or reward for their excellent service. I told her I’d promise to do a survey, but I loathe the receipt. Thank you guys! This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Food, service and cleanliness of restaurant is TOP NOTCH. everyone should make this their favorite!!!!
