Prescriptions take forever to get filled once my doctor sends them in and if I call to check when they are going to be done, no one answers. I shouldn’t even have to call. Once my recent prescription is filled, I will be sending any future ones to a different pharmacy. I can’t wait over 24 hours for antibiotics and pain meds.

I spent 45mis while speaking to Daniel th store manager trying to access the coupons. He ended up leaving before I could get access. I figured Safeway does not want you shopping there unless you download their app. I should not need an app to spend my hard earned money at your store. Safeway should be providing ease to spend more not making it harder. If the marketing team said slow the wifi and folks will have to download the app, they were wrong. People will do like I did, buy the bare minimum and leave the othe $150 there at the register because this is ridiculous. By the way Daniel was nice but he had no solution and did not offer to adjust the price of the coupon items or anything just said my hand are tied. Sad... guess Frys it is.

So much so that when I got to the counter, told the guy what I wanted, noticed all the flies, and asked what’s up with that? He said the employees had complained to the manager a couple times but nothing has been done yet. I’m talking four flies sitting and others landing on the aluminum scale, flies sitting on the walls, and flies buzzing around. I said never mind and left the store entirely. As I walked out I noticed spills that weren’t cleaned on the floor, some really messy and one was a large spill. I felt kind of sick to my stomach so I put the two things I’d already gotten back in their place and left. Super disappointed!
