  I called on 4/17/26 and spoke to Carla. I called because my team was hungry and asked for lunch. JJs had 2 for one special. I asked Carla to please make sure everything is there in the order as it beyond 8 items. Well today on 4/18, they asked me for the SAME lunch🤩. I called and got the Manager names Stevenn. I explained that I called on Friday regarding an order and it was perfect. One of the team players never ate at JJs before. Stevenn was a true professional and assured me he'd make and check the order prior to it leaving. He'd also staple it up for security. Man... I'll end with this. JJs is SOOOO far ahead of Jersey Ms is ridiculous. Service, attitude and they create perfect tasting food. Thank you Stevenn and Carla for an excellent experience and for understanding why I placed the call. Great food and professionalism go hand and hand. 💯🔥 Thank you.

  Worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever had. Hard bread & soaked my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews, I wish i saved my money

  I don't want an Uber delivering my food! It's just forced on you and Uber takes forever. Never again!

  Now that you use Uber for delivery, orders take forever to arrive. I'm still waiting past 45 minutes to get my order on a supposed light time. Uber driver made 3 stops before me after picking up my food.

  The sandwhiches are great and we love Jimmy johns, but I placed a 40 dollar order for pick up with simple instructions my boyfriend physically cannot eat lettuce due to medical conditions we ordered his sandwhich with no lettuce and that thing was loaded I asked for add ons in my sandwhich did not get those either, its nit the end of the world to have ti pick stuff off, but realistically we pay for it to be made a certain way and when its not its dissapointing, the 2 guys toward the front didnt have the best customer service the guy at the end who did our hand off seemed to be the only competant even though he was the farthest away.
